Contact lenses are easier to wear and to care for than ever before. New technology is constantly refining and improving lens materials, so that almost anyone can find a lens that exactly suits their needs.
PLM Optometrists is an independent group and this enables us to source lenses from any manufacturer who we know can produce the right lens for you.
All of our optometrists have experience in fitting contact lenses. Our partner Gavin Galloway has a Diploma in Contact Lens Practice, and he and optometrist Fiona Adamson fit specialist therapeutic lenses on behalf of Fife Hospital Eye Service. These are specialist lenses for those who need contact lenses for a medical condition.
Most of our contact lens wearers choose to join PLM Plus. This is our own care plan which covers all your contact lens supply and aftercare for a monthly payment.
Our Optometrist measures
your vision and checks for vision-related health issues.
Everyone resident in
Scotland is entitled to NHS
eye care.
A large choice of frame
