Silicone hydrogel lenses
These lenses transmit up to five times more oxygen to the eye than traditional lenses. This protects against the signs and symptoms due to a lack of oxygen, eg dryness, irritation, end of day discomfort and redness. Because they have a lower water content than many traditional lenses, they dry out less during the day and remain comfortable for longer.
